Ishkur, you should mount them on slightly larger bases, or perhaps that the movement tray fix as was suggested… They look really unnatural being that close… I really couldn’t see them realistically standing that close to each other.
As far as I’ve heard everywhere (the rulebook doesn’t cover this), but apparently the official ruling on base size, is that you can go as bigger as you’d like (because bigger base = more attacks for the opponent and less attacks for you), but never smaller (because smaller = less attacks for opponent, and more for you).
Consensus seems to be that bigger is always ok, but smaller is a no-no.
Another option would be to mount them on 40x40mm bases each. This way you could use them as DOW ogre bulls/ironguts instead if you prefer. Since I hear some dissapoint with BC rules… It would be a rare choice either way! And they are certainly big and brutal enough to count as ogres!

Thanks for the suggestion, Che. I might actually put some spacers between them and mount them on a scenic regimental base. In any way they have let me down in almost every battle I used them in, so I’m not too enthusiastic about putting any effort into them ATM. Heck, in one battle a unit of hobgobbos on wolves annihiliated an enemy unit that the bull centaurs had run from! :o

Hi Ishkur
I think the champion should be standing on the back feet. With the front legs curled in and the body standing straight up with a big double sided axe reared back as if he was coming done to strike a enemy down. with banners and many be a belt of heads around his waist of fallen enemies.
I could go on and on with ideas but I will stop there lol.
