as for the ranking problem, you could always make them a movement tray which the bases fit into with a slight gap between each one.

@torn: that’s a cool idea, I could actually make such a movement tray. This would make the whole regiment a big wider than the rules would allow, but with my gaming group I don’t see problem with that (they’ll allow most stuff as long as it looks cool ^^)

I have sort of moved away from the mould-selling idea. How many Bull Centaurs does anyone ever need? Five or max. ten of them? Doesn’t make a mould worthwile for many people. Selling the casts seems no problem, as I have been able to solve most of the really big air bubble problems.

Champion: Not sure what you could do posewise with the ranking issues, so I’d stand him on a big rock to give you room to manouvre. The great axe over the head is a classic for a reason and intricate armour would be a good sign of rank.
The musician should have a horn - drums are too awkward for cavalry

Those guys are awesome. The only critism I have is that the lower bodies are awesome but a few seem to be a bit static. One in particular is the one with both front feet down.
But hey what the hell do I know? These guys are great

id give the champion some headgear, to mark him out from the crowd. im not too sure about a musicians intrusment, a horn would be good because then he could still hold something in his other hand. what else is there really apart from drums and horns unless you want a pansy minstrel in your warband?

As for the feet - there are only two bodies really. One is the standing one, the other one is pretty much the same, with a leg lifted and the tail position changed a bit.
