That’s the best painted Chaos Dwarf banner bearers ever posted on CDO. Nice reflection from the eyes in the metal horns on the left one.

Fuggit Khan:
Beautiful :cheers
The attention to detail on the tones of armor colors is incredible…but I also love the detailed work on the skulls. The shades are perfect.
Well done :hat off
Abecedar:
Just beautiful.

You need to paint something on the scrolls, you can’t leave those blank! I agree with the other guys its very well done you should put them on CMoN with your other stuff. For me I feel like you have gone so desaturated its pastel-like almost chalky which ruins it a bit. Contrast Contrast Contrast with deep rich tones is what always does it for me. I’d love to see you be a bit bolder in your palette and your choices because you are obviously really talented. The scratches add to that chalky desaturated feel because they are almost pure white with no hue in them. Normally when you look at an extreme highlight it is tinted the color of the environment or light source, and matches the color temperature of that source, ie cold blue for outdoors or warm orange for tungsten or fire, so some light washes over the scratches might have helped with that and helped to nullify that desaturated chalky pastel feel, or if you already have then maybe it just needed more. Also some dark scratches in with the white would help break them up a bit. The texture and detail work on the armor scratching is extremely well done though not taking anything away from it, I am being somewhat overly critical here because its hard to fault. The reflection of the red eyes in the metal is my favorite part, and the wood texture on the banner pole handle. Great attention to detail. Keep improving and go win a GD!
Ravenswood:
@Doombeard, thank you for critics. I agree what my zwergs darker and less contrast than usually painted gaming minis, but not desaturated. I just try to keep “dark bronze” color from original FW arts. You right about rich tones, they wants more of them. But they are just soup cans without any leather or cloth. In next units I will change colour scheme for more brighter colors, I want more bright bronze and red nmm for them, but this unit will stay the same.
And now time for the champion!
Yep, it is little conversion of old Rozmax’s champion

Meh, I can’t even describe the feelings I had when I saw those pictures… Yours are the best looking units EVER posted on this website. And I suppose that all the veterans around here can easily agree with me.
Hey, you now have a unit of fighters, a unit of shooters, one of monsters, and a hero! Now you could finish your unit of Hobgoblins!
