Loki:
Thanks allot
I want to get some blood knight in to the army but i did not want to pay £50 to get the proper ones, converting these guys worked out allot cheaper
clam:
Glad to see that you’ve found a much more healty interest than those SM SW :sick (Really thought you were better than that - doing an 40k SM army - Loki, grow up :P)
Very nice looking VCs - you really love doing reds - don’t you?
Loki:
Have no fear Clam there will be some more sm up soon but these ones will be chaos iron warriors one, who are really the chaos dwarfs of the 40k world when you think about, dedicated to the dark gods, like big guns, great at besieging places and building huge citadels and forts all they lack are the beards and the big hats
I got through phases with my painting when i started the Undead army i was in my red phase where every army had red in it, it the Undead army then the CD’s and finally came to an end with the Thousand suns, i also went thought a blue phase before the red so my dwarf army had allot of blue in and i also did a blue goblin army, i will get both of these armies on the site in due course for all to see.
I also went through a phase of painting flames on every thing but that did not last long as i burnt my self out after doing a 4000 - 5000 elder army all flames kind of lost my taste for painting flames after that x.x
Loki:
Its been some time since my last up date, but with moving house at the mo i have not had much time to get painting done, but here is some bits that i have been working on over some time,
Here is my Blood Bowl team the Bad Bay Hackers, for those of you that have red the blood bowl books you should know the team well but for those that dont here we go
Owner and head coach Peg leg
The team ogre M’grash
Starting Thrower Dunk Hoffnung and catcher Spinne Schonheit
The blitzers Rhett Carve and Dirk Heldaman + 2 others
5 lines men
and last but not least what you need to play every blood bowl game, a match ball
Enjoy
Da Crusha:
konrad looks pretty awesome. the armor looks great. I also like the bloodbowl team, are the humans GW?
Loki:
Thanks Da Crusha the armour is just mechrite red with a wash of devlan mub then mechrite red again, The blood bowl team is just the standard human team from GW plus a converted orge bull
al-hashut:
Nice looking BB team Loki.
Can you tell me what grey you used on your Space Wolves? it seems to have a very solid coverage
Loki:
Thanks al-hashut, the gray is just codex grey with a wash of devlan mud and i then paint each segment of armour again with codex grey, it takes time but gives good results
clam:
Wow, they look great. I love them. Really wanna paint my own teams now. If I just had the time - but I have another 8 turns to play. That PC BB is a ture hobby-killer
Loki:
I have another 8 turns to play. That PC BB is a ture hobby-killer :Dlol :) so did you win your game ?
clam
clam:
Nope
Think I might have to skip the Skaven’s - if I wanna try win this game!
The Stormchild:
Very nice collection!
I quite like the space wolfs.
There’s a very viking feel about them which I like.
Loki:
Nope :D Think I might have to skip the Skaven's - if I wanna try win this game!@ Clam, Not good mate, the human team is good as long as you have an ogre, i think i am going to give the goblin team a go soon just so i can throw the down the pitch with the trolls :)

Loki:
I know that it has been some time what with my house needing major works that has taken most of my time but at last i have been able to paint some models rather than walls, but I finally have an update to show
First my wolf priest for my space wolfs

and Canis Wolf Born

I hope to have some CD stuff done soon so keep an eye open on my CD army blog for that, untill then enjoy
Loki:
been a little while since my last update so here is a little one :D
This model was sculpted by our very own Kera and sent half way across the world to me in England, this model means a great deal to me as kera sculpted it special for me in return for one an ogre butchers that i converted just for her, it is totally unique and i love it, i have painted it to match my Japanese orge army (which you can see on the first page of this blog) and i will be using him as a tyrant / bruiser depending on the size of the game that i am playing, so with out further to do her he is :)

one of my favourite bits is this orc face used to patch a hole in the jacket
There is not a single part of the model that has not been converted with green stuff, my skills with green stuff are nothing compared to Keras but here is the model that i sent her in return for this amazing ogre.
There will be some more ogre updates coming soon as i am busy working on a unit of 15 Iron guts to use in 8th edition, got to love that horde rule
And fear not i have plans for some thing new for my CD’s as well that i have been planning in my head, just need the time to build it now
Grimstonefire:
I think you should drill out the end of the pistol a little. Kera did a great job with that.
Loki:
Thats a good shout Grim i will have to try and find my small drill and have a go tonight
clam:
Nice to see the paint brushes out again
Ogres looking great - especially the Sushi cock.
Loki:
Thanks very much my friend, i have been cooking up somthing for my CDs from the indy GT book still in the planning stages at the mo but should be good
