Skullcracker thanks to ork battlewagon upgrade sprue
The skullcracker can be raised higher or lower to allow the cannons to fire if I am using it as a “normal” iron daemon

I was going to do something similar using BloodBowl Hobgoblins, but as soon as I am about to buy them, they disappear from the GW store 
EDIT: Oh, also, how do you paint the beards? I’ve been trying to figure out a paint scheme for my CD Greybeards!

Beards are codex grey followed by fortress grey and then black wash.
When dry brush fortress grey and maybe a light dry brush bleached bone.

Bull centaur Taur’ruk conversion from one of the forge world bull centaur renders.
The big hat is simply a plastic chaos dwarf warrior hat with some horns from the 5th edition skeleton warriors box set.
Really happy with how he turned out but I have yet to decide what war gear I will equip him with.
