Once again Mantic have gone out of their way to make themselves distinct from GW. On the one hand it’s really nice to see a company doing their own stuff and not just providing us with GW rip offs. Of course, it does make iit a bit of a pain when trying to find a home for their stuff in existing collections.

But more to come - so go give them you suggestions. The seems pretty open for it.
Painted miniatures should be up by the end of the week. Looking forward seeing ‘what’s in the box’ and then start seeing some painted ones.

I always love competitions for free stuff as well. So I’ll have to start thinking up some names.
It’s great to see a khaos dwarf list with it’s own model range. Finally people can connect the two again after all these years! 
Nice to see a mention of the Indy list as well, and the immortals. I’ll give it to Mantic, they really do their research.

The ‘centaur’ is terrific. I’ll have a unit of those, if they get made, for certain. And definitely impressed by Mantic’s awareness of the online ‘CD’ presence.

The centaur is fantastic! I may have to extend it’s beard, but I like it a lot!
The king is also really cool, and I love his pose. It’s like he’s choosing exactly which one he wants to kill first!

I think the proportions on the khaos dwarf centaur look strange.
The bull part is too long (possibly too tall as well), it looks more like a horse (which could be what it’s supposed to be??), and the top half is not broad enough imo. I think they’ll look more impressive the heavier they are.
I’ve played around with it a bit. The changes are a bit more obvious if you open this up then scroll up so you can compare side by side.
Shortened body
Made torso more broad
Longer beard
Shorter axe
Broader axe blade (looked a bit too much like a pole axe).

I agree on a second look it does look like a horse-centaur/CD not a Bull Centaur

They certainly fit my idea of evil dwarfs and fit into my army better than the units made by previous companies

I like the goblin a lot. I’m not sure about the Space Marine-looking one, but the concept seems interesting.

After seeing your version of it, Grim, I have to agree. Hopefully it will look more bull-like when the actual model comes out.
Still, I might use the mantic model as a base at least. The beard needs expansion no matter what. Either way, these look way better than their usual dwarfs!
