Good point AGPO. GW’s prices have been at something like twice the rate of inflation.

The worst one was the “just incase people want to take smaller units” 10 man rip off boxes which put up the cost of a proper unit by �6. I hate herohammer but for some armies its the only way to put out a new affordable force within 6 months. Well done GW

In all seriousness the model price increases have beenb a double whammy. Less models, higher prices and plastic models rather then metal to boot.

Everybody, buy yourself metal models for every range and army. Keep 'em and sell 'em as classic in a few years.
Keep the CD ones though. :hat

Arrrrgh the girl thing. The concept art is the only place where Slaanesh’s minons have the right amount of sexyness (I refur to my first post). I realise that faces are hard but any horny teenager can get a basic curvy body out. Being a girl it pains me to tears how ulgy his supposed brides are, not to mention the other girls in WH. I mean is he not the pleasure god? I’m a crap scuplter but I can get a better shape with playdough. (the ugly girls in dragonball z used to annoy me just as much) Oh and by the way whats with the polar opposite breasts? Even girls that have them hate them, why put them on a female DE Sorceresses? they look more like gorillias with their cheasts pumped out. Sorry for the rant but having read the fluff I laughed so hard when I first saw the minitures…then I got angry I mean they look like drag queens! and not even goodlookin’ ones��

Okay so this a taking a wee off topic tangent extreme but it just bugs me (pet peeve). Feel free to delete as this is definately off topic and just borderline :S. It just makes me glad that Dwarves aren’t known for scantily clad females i’d hate to have the CD finally made back into a proper army to be less than impressed with the chicke-dees and I totally agree that upping the sauceyness would equal more players- even if it is the teenage varity, but what are teenagers if not the future long term players.

Being a female I’m sure you have a unique perspective on the situation that none of us guys can understand. The DE figs aren’t that bad, just a bit comical. I mean come on, metal bra and metal thong when its about -50 F in Naggarond. No wonder why the witch elves are so pissed off. GW has always walked a fine line with the “sexy-ness” aspect of their games, Slaneesh in particular.
Anways back on topic. Anyone else with views or rumors of CDs in their travels?

Even a White Dwarf list would be great. An actual army book with miniatures would be like winning lotto on the same day as finding Megan Fox’s phone number.

I dont think they are bad .They are demonetts ,so they look like fish face girls . But this is called fantasy . you dont here the guys complain about the chaos marauders in loin cloths and there chisel chest and there great big masses arms and thick leggs
