The Besieger:

Hi :slight_smile:

After playing for a while ogre kingdoms its time for make a

second fantasy army.

I must say… 10 years past… i dint like the chaos dwarf big hats. :slight_smile:

But strange… after a time i started to like them. :stuck_out_tongue:

And now i’m busy to collecting them and painting my big hats army. :slight_smile:

In this bolg i wil update my work… and in the future i will post the

battle reports.

I’m not the best in painting and converting.

So you wil not see a Golden Demon figurine.

The Chaos Dwarf Army i will try to paint:

Lord on a great Taurus

Sorcerer on Lammasu

3 Sorcerers

2 regiments of 20 Chaos Dwarf Warriors ( incl full comand )

2 regiments of 20 Chaos Dwarf Blunderbuss

4 Rocket Launchers

2 Earthshaker Cannon

1 regiment of 15 bull centaurs ( incl full comand and BSB )

Note: I still need @ the shields and on the

Lammasu and Taurus i still need @ the lord

Khan!:

Looks good so far. The pictures are a bit dark, but from what I can see there is nothing wrong with the painting, and it sure is nice to be not very good at converting when you have all the classic models anyway! Could you try taking some brighter pictures so we could get a better look?

Great start, it’s good to see a ‘classic’ army, so many conversions flying about (not a bad thing) it’s good to see them as they are. Pics are to dark to say anything about the painting the basing on the Taurus and Lammasu looks real good :hat off keep up the good work!

You can see the paint job quality much better in the new pics and its actually very good. It kind of reminds me of this army blog over on Hand of Hashut:

Ive never seen gold armour before so thats cool and unique.

So is this going to be a purely original army with no conversions like mine is (link in sig)?

Wow! thats a nice collection of 4ed models - and yes - I’m one of the guys thats envy you. Gave up on building a 4ed army myself - now all I want is one of each CD-model.

But it’s nice to see somebody who tries!

Do you allready have the “missing” 20 warriors, 40 BBs and most of all the 8 Bull Centaurs? - or are you out shopping for them? - If so, I hope your loaded - it’s a dirty business out there:hat

Nice CD army you have there grats :).

No conversions.
Only i'm not sure about the shields.
I like this Khorne shield ....but need 48 of this shields...
Shield color in Silver (Chainmail) and the Simbol in red (Blood Red).

So posb... the shields will be not the original ones.
Gold Armour definetly looks cool, thanks for the better pics nice army!!

On the moment i'm missing 19 metal warriors , 7 BBs , 8 Bull Centaurs (inc Standard) , 1 sorcerer (Whit banner) and the 48 Khorne shields :cheers

Daylight > indoors. By that I mean, nice shots.

Looks very good. A nice clean paintjob. Also, red aint an easy color to use so hats off for pulling of a nice gore/blood red tone :cheers

Okay, I thought that, despitye the first pictures being dark, the paint scheme was good. Then, I saw the better lighted pictures and, wow. Just wow. Surprised you don’t think you have good painting skill sbecause that is outstandingly brilliant!

And started already painting my old Chaos Dwarfs again.

Also i have painted one new forgeworld model.











On the moment i’m painting a horde blunderbusses.

Next weekend i will post the pictures.
