Admiral:

There’s no brakes on the tjub train!

Skink:

Attempt number 156789 at some monstrous infanty! Number 156790 will be in a couple of months??? :D:D:D

Kidding aside, sick models, rad painting skillz, and all-around-awesome army mate :cheers

Haha, I had almost forgotten all of my attempts at 28mm monstrous infantry.:D These turned out good so I think Im satisfied with them. Only the 2nd version for 15mm! Might try and sculpt some for production later through Admiralty Miniatures, but these are great for the balance of looking good/easy to make. :hat off
...and thanks btw!

Admiral:

You could field all the old K’daai Fireborn attempts as an Ogre Army, you know. :stuck_out_tongue:

Love the horns on the 15mm versions here! Would be lovely to see some sculpted and cast down the line.

tjub:

Two Hordes of Obsidian Golems and one Greater Obsidian Golem for 15mm KoW. Painting these got me thinking about the Obsidian Fortress v2.0… :o :hat off

Admiral:

Very nice! And a new Obsidian Fort needs to happen.

Zanko:

The Obsidian Golems are awesome! :hat off Great idea and implementation! :cheers

Uther the unhinged:

Fantastic Golems Tjub. Surely Halpis Rift will be safe with such forces!

Haha, lets hope so. Looking forward to see what the campaign is all about? :)

Here is my Infernox for KoW, fusion of Abyssal Dwarf and Obsidian.

Uther the unhinged:

Wait…What, Cyborg Tjublings? How cool is that!

Admiral:

How unhinged is that!?

MadHatter:

Wow !

This message was automatically appended because it was too short.

tjub:

Since Kings of War 3ed dropped Ive been really eager to get my Abyssal Dwarfs up to a decent army size. Managed to field a 2000pts army, but aim to knock out a few of the bigger/easier pieces before painting Infantry and sculpting more Tjublings. (Which will come soon anyway…) But here’s my conversion of the Abyssal Dwarf Supreme Ironcaster on a Great Winged Half breed. A Tjubling version would Ideally be more in line of a “classic” Lamassu, but I think this conversion fits the frame atleast as a big mutated winged monster with magical abilities. :hat off

Uther the unhinged:

I love it! Great face (love the baldness) the rings are a nice touch too.

Admiral:

Wonderful conversion and design! But did I stumble into tjub’s or Uther’s unhinged laboratory now? Great concept!

tjub:

Heres my 15mm conversion of an ?Overmaster on Ancient winged halfbreed? for KoW, this will have to do untill I sculpt my own for the Tjublings. Y~S

Jackswift:

Wow, away for a bit and one misses all sorts of stuff. The Lammasau monster is brilliant and creepy for something so tiny. The smoke and shadow daemons rock, and the obsidian golems are freaking brilliant. Might have to do something similar to that idea. Great stuff!

Thanks! :hat off
Regarding the Obsidian Golems, I used pretty much the same idea for my 28mm army back in the day. Just used insulationfoam coated with PVA instead of plastic card.

Lets FIREBALL something! :D

tjub:

And he is ready for battle in the upcoming “KoW International Campaign Day”, hopefully Ill be able to field atleast 3000pts for Mantics KoW summar campaign “Halpi’s Rift”.

…and yes, I really should get my ass out and sculpt proper versions of our monsters for the Tjublings this year. :hat off

Skink:

Well, the Lammasu looks like a Lammasu. Nothing wrong with it there! I like the dragon as well! Keep on painting mate, these look good
