The only thing Ive done is to remove the nose and old hat and glued on a new push pin. Just wanted to show that there is actually some progress for the army this time. Thought I should try to update atleast every 1-2 weeks... ;)

The Black Orcs are done, didnt bother to make the lava bases to match up this time, since I never ranked them up properly anyway…

I was only going go a unit of ten, if they are bigger I think they might be too much of a threat and shot to peices… 
Jupp, about the ranking. I built them one at the time to make sure that they did fit. The rocks helps alot too since I could change the height too…

Here are my first “new” CD unit to go to the paint table. All wear the same hats and got mixed armour…
…gave the pimped beard look a try on the unit champ, not 100% saticfied but its good enough. The beard got a bit too short IMO.

As always man, an awesome job of sculpting. The beard length looks right for the unit, maybe go for a really long beard for the elite unit?
