Between the Blacks Orcs, Who he’s the leader of the rebellion?
He’s one great Black Orc boss? or… One group of Blacks Orcs boss?
I imagine that to be one young Grimgor, that He and one group of supporters, after of the defeat, to go toward the Realms of Chaos, for later, go back to Old World. :hat off
Not sure if they are using the same timeline but in the WD presents CD they say the uprising happened in the year -100 but there is no mention of grimgor until the year 2257, would have been cool though.
I’m not sure how long the orcs live but the ultimate orc, Gorbad Ironclaw, is one of the first Warboss’s mentioned after -100.
To be honest though I think it’s a good idea to create your own character, the black orc warboss that led the rebellion, would be pretty cool
So we are thinking that while grimgor was in the wastes he was sent back by an enemy of Hashut to start the uprising of the black orcs against the Chaos Dwarfs… thats pretty f’n cool and just about as insane as it gets! :hashut
Well, Grimgor and his boys spent years wandering the Chaos Wastes, where time flows differently, so who knows? :cheers
Baggronor
i second that notion!
may also explain why Grimgor REALLY hates goblins too, he might associate being betrayed by the hobgoblins with the feebleness of common / night / forest goblins too.
I suspect the leader was likely killed in the mayhem. I’ll name him Langdon for purposes of discussion.
I like the idea that Langdon was an ancestor of sorts for Grimgor, I could get into that concept. Though I could get into the concept it was Grimgor then he wondered the Wastes messing up time (as I doubt Grimgor would know what to do with a DeLorean).
I think those are the two most plausible scenarios, Langdon or Grimgor the Realms wonderer. Langdon makes a little more sense, Grimgor makes it more fun and fluffy. For scenarios, theme events, I’d probably go with Grimgor, if I didn’t… I’d just use Grimgor’s rules.
I think I’d go with Langdon using Grimgor’s stats.
Reasoning
1. I like the idea of an ancestor of Grimgor leading the rebellion.
2. It would give Grimgor an ancestorial grudge (hardwired into his fungus DNA) against the smaller greenskins. That will be another brick in the wall that leads him to banish all goblins in the 'Ard Boyz army.
3. I can’t see Grimgor getting his hands on a DeLoren or a TARDIS to go back, or forward, in time. Forget the fact he probably wouldn’t fit in a DeLoren let alone be able to drive it.
I’m sticking with Balgar the BoneCrusher, a massive black orc who died after three bolt throwers fired at him simultaneously and the sneaky git chieftan stabbed him in the back. :hashut
When are orcs ever not p***ed off and looking for a fight?
I don’t know if Grimgor started the black orc rebellion, or just managed to claw his way out of the Chaos Wastes through sheer stubbornness, but his fluff is some of the coolest out there.
