It was taken down at the same time that the Word of Hashut was taken offline temporarily, which re-emerged with all the GW artwork taken out. Now, since the Wiki is filled with copyrighted artwork, you can probably guess why it’s offline at the moment!
I could be wrong, but that’s my assumption.

We will reload it when we are in a position to, that’s the best I can do at the moment.

Now serioully... ok GW, the images are yours. No 'problema' with that. But would it hurt to give away the images to the community? I mean, CDs haven't been a focus or even standart army for some time now...

They have a right to protect their intellectual property and images that are copyrighted by them. The wiki has always been on borrowed time regarding that aspect of it. Anyone who thinks GW is being unreasonable in enforcing basic legal standards is crazy - the only hope the wiki had of surviving in its current form was by slipping under the radar. It’s a testemant to the profile of this site that it’s now unable to do that. I have no idea what the staff have planned, but hopefully the wiki can rise again with member-created artwork and models in place of the GW stuff.
