[Archive] Will Liam - finished Chaos Dwarf and Hobgoblins

Carcearion:

For Kings of War minimum size would be a 50x50, but if your model is bigger it can be on a bigger base.

Will Liam:

Chaos Dwarf fantasy terrain

BABIS:

O_O LOL those models will be in my nightmares!

Vapo:

Loving all this stuff, huge fan of the Sneaky Git squad personally!

Will Liam:

Thanks guys - hardest thing is to come up with new ideas for the chaos dwarfs so may just keep the camouflage theme to the hobgoblins - see how i go

Will Liam:

My Chaos Dwarf Bazooka Team

I tried to stick with the camouflage theme with the use of a Dark Elf corps stabbed to the saddle of a Cold One mount - his dismembered arm stuck to the antler in a way to give the enemy an illusion from a distance that he is waving hello :hat off - also his fur cape flapping up in the wind allows the Chaos Dwarf to take his concealed shot - A war cart is chained between the Cold Ones legs in a hobbled fashion preventing it from moving and spoiling the Chaos Dwarfs aim but still allow the beast to move rotate slowly when needed - The team member on the ground wears a Samurai mask and carries a missile with a red and white shaft that cant be seen in the photos and is painted the same way as the shafts in his blue backpack - He looks a bit like a clown and the missiles look a little like juggling clubs but hay that will work with my army too lol - I chose to paint there helmets red and white to help make them stand out as there is so much is going on in this model that i didn’t want them to get lost among everything ells  :cheers

Pappa Midnight:

Brilliant and crazy as always! Got my vote in the GH.

PM

Abecedar:

Very fun entry. The dinosaur totally threw me at first.

Jackswift:

Such a clever concept. Loved it down to the red and white headgear, and well executed!

Admiral:

As much over the top as it is well-crafted in every way. Lovely entry through and through!

Will Liam:

My First Blunderbuss mini painted  With many thanks to Zanko she was fun to paint and Admiral cheers for the donation mate

Will Liam:

And my Mordheim board for my chaos dwarfs - looking a bit more elf than chaos but in my case it fits my army

Admiral:

It might be the brightest or most garish colours Grulka has been painted in up to date. Neat!

Clever Mordheim board, Will! Looking forward to see some snapshots of games underway on top of it. The basic idea is similar to the use of shapes for Elven city planning.

No one else have a collection quite like yours. Keep at it, you jolly Aussie.

Carcearion:

Wow that’s cool stuff! Great the design and really well executed.

Will Liam:

My Chaos Giant

Sjoerdo:

Wow, very impressive!!

Abecedar:

Nice Giant. that’s a great hat.

But could you please explain the buzzard with the strapped on rocket.

Uther the unhinged:

Awesome giant, awesome hat, I love him.

As for the buzzard there is nothing that can not be improved by the addition of a bigger hat or more firepower. Fantastic.

Will Liam:

Cheers guys - As for the bird I just wanted the big guy to match my army - l have seen a goblin giant throwing a paper plane on google images and thought l would give something like that a go and also must have seen Fuggit Khans golems on images too at some stage cause I?Tve kinda got his beard thing going on as well

Will Liam:

Had this idea to use old dollhouses to make my Chaos Dwarf Mordheim terrain - kinda has an old diecast look to them I think
