I’ve just read some lore and the Chaos Dwarfs traded weapons with the Ironskin tribe in return for manpower. I just hope they’ll allow for such trade in the game while still preserving a good amount of hate for the Ogres.

I’m sure it will.
Chaos Dwarfs just need mapower/labour/slaves. And while they certainly prefer just taking what they need, if a particular victim is just too powerful (for now…) they will trade.
