I recently bought a bunch of chaos dwarves from russian alternative, and I have a mate with a bunch of high elves. So I was thinking maybe to try out warcry. The high elves have rules in the lumineth I guess, but how about the chaos dwarves?

Legal options: pick a race who suits well enough. Something like slaves to darkness for heavily armoured chaos dwarfs (warriors) and hobgrot slaves (marauders)
Or kharadron for a bunch Of chaos dwarfs with guns
Cities of sigmar is often a good option to build multiple things out of

Id recommend this “WarCry Card Creator” for making your own cards as well. Imo you could probably go for Cities of Sigmar count as, remember you can always add two Allies as well.
