Your army looks great! My favourite bit are your bull centaurs pushing the tenderizer and the whirlwind.
The wap army book is superb. So many different unit options to allow us to keep busy trying to cover them all.

@Oxymandias I can’t wait to see what Woehammer 2 looks like! I hope the play testing is going well, looking forward to doing some playt esting of my own.
@Zoddtheimmortal Thanks for the support! I wasn’t sure if I was committing some sort of blasphemy by replacing the original Tenderizer/Whirlwind operators, but the big hat centaurs just fit a lot better with my army theme. I did save the original riders…
I do really like the WAP army book. So far I’ve created some very nasty lists for my opponents, mostly based around hobgoblins. My WAP list has quickly turned into a hobgoblin army led by a small contingent of Chaos Dwarfs, and I feel good about it.
I also recently pledged on Kickstarter for a new fantasy game called… Hobgoblin. I’m really looking forward to playing it, it sounds really fun. No matter what fantasy system I’m playing, in my head and in my heart I’m always battling in the Old World, but I haven’t played a GW game in over ten years at least. I’m hopeful that THE Old World will be fun for Chaos Dwarfs, but the last update about which armies are part of the narrative and which are not definitely bummed me out. We’ll have to see…
Awesome army!
Hey friends, still plugging away at this army. Lately I’ve been adding details to previously painted models or repainting models that I felt I could paint better. In any case, the horde is growing. We are still playing Warlords of Erehwon, and Warhammer Armies Project and I’m happy that my army is fun to play in both games. In my never ending quest to play any game that isn’t produced by GW I’ve found a new game to obsess over: Mike Hutchison’s Hobgoblin. I just played my first game today and it was beyond fun. Here are some pics of the battle and a few pics of the army as it stands with decent lighting at the flgs.
You’re army looks incredible out on the field!
I’ve also been really excited for Hobgoblin, but I didn’t think the rules were out yet! I only have the quick start set. Did they release the full PDF already after the kickstarter?
Thank you! I’m proud of the army, it’s coming together. Yeah the advance rules were sent out to Kickstarter backers. I got mine in a PDF in an email. Let me know, I’d be glad to share it with you.
I tend to forget that people paint miniatures to play games in the end hauahaha
Well done man
I’ve finally had time for hobby after several months. Here is my updated army for The Old World, which I am taking to a tournament on Sunday. Almost entirely built around Fabelzel models. My beloved Citadel Big Hats will be getting a bit of an overhaul over the next few months I think.
