Hi everyone. I’ve been browsing this forum for a bit and am very grateful for the extremely helpful painting advice. I’m mostly a Heresy (Death Guard and World Eaters) and Battletech (Jade Falcon, Arkab Legion, ComStar) player, but Total Warhammer and the release of Old World got me into Chaos Dwarves. Mostly following the great guide by GhraskDragh here, I decided to paint mine in an off-white color.
Also got to use the Goblin Hobbies stamper for the first time on the shield. Came out rougher and more skewed than I wanted, but will be great to use it on more chorf stuff going forward.

Here’s chorf number 2, one of the minis from Tortuga Bay. Tested a different scheme on this and pretty happy with how the ocher oil recess shade worked out! Also, a better shield stamp.
Here’s a comparison of the Tortuga one against the FW one.
I need to get a lot better about positioning the minis on the base, these guys ain’t gonna rank up well with how I’ve built them so far.
Next up, I’m gonna try to do five at a time. I like the look of the old FW minis better but the size of the Tuga minis makes them a lot easier to paint and call out details.
