Reminder: Get your paints and hobby supplies ready for our annual Corbin’s Day Hobby Hangout this Wednesday July 29th. Connect with your fellow CDO enthusiasts, paint something up, sculpt, draw, 3D-design or just hang around for a while and have a chat. Building community is just as much the idea as building some models! Also a great occasion to get a head start for the current Golden Hat contest.

It was so great to be able to see and chat with folks the other day and to fondly remember Corbin for being a great and supportive community member! I think even if we’re not doing this as regularly as we might like here in this community we can still be mindful of being there for others in other parts of our lives too.
So, go on… get out there and let folks in your life and community know you appreciate them and they are valued! Even if you think it feels weird, tell them of some random time in your life that brought them to mind again and that they’re connected to good times and good memories. Everybody meeds that, so go be that person for others! It does make a difference.
