In 4th edition, when you could mount your characters on any monster (and a lot were available to all armies) I wanted to put my CD Lord on a scorpion. I didn’t manage to find a suitable model before the option was lost in later editions (although I do have one now).

My dream was a goblin on a young wyvern…turned out the young wyvern was too small. The cockatrice fitted great and i loved it, then the rules changed without me ever getting to use it…
Feeling tearful now…
I ended many years later getting a marauder wyvern (pretty small) and put a converted nobbla on it
