Had my Chorfs out for their first 2 day event last weekend! The new items where not allowed yet, sadly 
The list was a bit of a mix, tried out 2 DSR and Infernal Guard with Fireglaives. The Rocketlaunchers performed kinda ok, but not too great, the Fireglaives just sucked in nearly every situation.
The rest of the List was a Khan in 39 Hobgoblins, who did quite well, an Iron Demon, which did good, 10 Sneaky Gits who where awesome, 5 Wolfriders with a Khan with RubyRing (the unit itself was good, but the Ring sucks now) and a Tauruk with T7, who did quite some work as well.
My takeaway is to go back to Blunderbusses. With the new Tome of Spellcraft, Elementalism should be more consistent again and with the new banners there are nice options. Not really sold on warmachines yet, will go with double ID next event. The Staff of Quietude looks awesome against Vamps and Khemri but it requires a second caster … not sure on that.
Lammasu and Bull will stay at home I guess, want to go for 2 big bricks of Hobgoblins for better scoring. (1 just gets shot to pieces over the course of the game)
