They used to use these for a lot of publications apparently. You can mess with the spacing to make quite a difference to how it looks.
I think the Brioso/Arno is the best match looking more closely, it has the funky flick on the C and the slightly lopsided filling on the O. Deciding between them is quite hard with only those low res images. Very similar

Looks like most of the book is the fonts identified above.
This one looks very similar to the old Caslon Antique they used to use but is slightly different again. Looks like it could be Old Claude Std Expert perhaps.
Do you need any of these sorts of fonts or is the layout pretty nailed down and these are superfluous?
Keep in mind that the site compresses images so this isn’t a true picture - but I have managed to upscale the old art a lot and send to @anon65047651
Like I say the images here are compressed but gives you an idea of how the ai upscale has improved it
