Lesser beast of malal (by knightmare miniatures).
Kind of scary looking this thing. I guess it can be incorporated as an allied spawn of chaos in games.
I find it tricky being limited to predominantly black and bone colour. I think some some models you need extra colours

I’m a big fan of Boris’ work. He sculpted a number of really nice Chaos beasts and demons for Kinightmare Miniatures over a couple of years before being retained on salary by Westfalia Miniatures. I see you’ve got his Hook Horrors in the background as well 
Nice!!! Knightmare have a number of nice Chaos Dwarf and Boar Centaur models too… sadly none are sculpted by Boris though.
Nice work on the paint job, I haven’t seen too many of these painted up.

Latest painting update:
The 2nd chaos dwarf 'centaur proxy ’ cart. The banner broke off sadly. I think ill keep it off- too delicate.
Random chaos dwarfs in random colours. The sword imp is a lovely model, he will be a halfling ‘hobbo’ chief in my malal force.
Hobbo archers, they seem the most used unit for chaos dwarf generals. I hope to paint many more in 2s or 3s. I hate batch painting!

I messed up my original johann model a little so wanted another go. Im happy with this one, johann the battle standard- he has levelled up!
The back banner pole idea i stole from someone in here, i cant remember who, but it was a great idea!

So this juggernaut conversion that is on this site…somewhere…has haunted my dreams.
I found it all old images years ago. Im sure this person has a really old blog on here somewhere. Let me know if you find it!

This thing looks straight out of the late 80s.

Brilliant, and definitely a very old school vibe! I’ve thought of using the second version of the juggernaut, but not the first.

I also have a newer version of the juggernaut. Id be very interested in what you come up with! A war machine/iron demon or a mount for a chaos dwarf lord are both good options

It would be nice though to swap the wings for a bit bigger ones.

Sadly there is almost no room to attach wings. Its right where the feet go. I guess this guy is more of a jump and a glider than a flyer…although bumble bees have similar proportions!
Im quite pleased how this guy came out, though the photos show me the brass could do with another highlight.

Wonderful Juggernaut conversion! Truly a 1980s version of a Chaos Dwarf warlord on winged monster.
Also, very pretty Bull Centaurs. Love the colours, as ever! Nice mino as well.

Cheers admiral! I might never have done it if it werent for all the efforts in saving the lost photos from the previous websites. Great job to everyone involved! Where is that image gallery on the forum now? I used to know where it was…has it moved?
