Abecedar:
Like I said “Icky” but good.

Like I said “Icky” but good.
Uther the unhinged:
Thanks, glad you liked them.
@Abecedar yeah ?~icky?Twas the look I wss going for!
@Nicodemous, modelling and casting and bits have to cover for my sculpting skills. I really liked wolverines arms and legs, you will see a lot more of them.
@Tjub. I cheated really, all ass cannons are cool!
Actually now I think about it I may have cheated as my 8 yo daughter did the maggots. Is child labour allowed?
boyfights:
I’m pretty sure that for chaos dwarf models, any child labour involved should probably net you some bonus points!
Awesome stuff as usual!
Fuggit Khan:
That’s a wonderful entry and a really enjoyable update with wip pics. I was pretty sure that entry belonged to you, your work has a wildly disturbing look to it. Chaos incarnate! Very nice and it’s interesting to see the process that went into its creation.
Well done :hat off
Uther the unhinged:
Well Golden Hat entry in so back to my usual odd stuff
Carrying on with the CD tamukhan theme I wanted to create a true all CD counts as Tamukhans horde. Unfortunately I had not really read Tamurkhan when I decided this. I thought LoA and the FW Tamukhan horde army list would be it. Oh dear. Now having read the book I realize that the horde was multiple armies
The Tamurkhan horde list at FW (job done see above)
LOA (have completed steampunk version and completing ‘organic’ army
Daemon army (Have plans for daemons of Hashut force)
A Rotbringer army errr needed to think about a counts as for this
A Marauder army Err fine can use hobgoblins as proxies but that leaves mammoths … ahh
Ok well I have to start somewhere so CDs counts as rotbringers it is.
Therefore I need counts as putrid blightkings… big…powerful and slow moving… Right Snailds of Hashut it is!
These are the first 10 of 15 to make Blightcyst (Pyroclast) with a blightlord (Thralin see above) and a Harbinger of Decay (Firestarter of Hashut). That way all the snailids can have cd riders with missile weapons, yay.
Don’t ask about pusgoyle blightlords. I am still thinking about these.
Ghrask Dragh:
Oh what a tantalising update, can’t wait to see these snails progress, I’ve always wanted to do a Nurgle CD army so for now I shall have to live it through your blog :hat off
tjub:
Haha, odd but cool! Will these snails have riders as well?
Uther the unhinged:
@Tjub. Riders, but of course! Big haired mohicaned dwarfs with guns (count as deaths heads). Planning musician/ banner carrier to count as Harbinger of decay. Also just found a toy to convert into Mulch/Kindle for Incendiuz Pyruk ( coubts as Horticulous slime).
@Ghrask Dragh. Hope you like them. Won?Tt be exactly Nurgle themed (no bowels or maggots) but counts as ( lots of tentacles, I like tentacles).
Hashoooot:
I’m afraid some of these miniatures will give me nightmares… :o well done!
Uther the unhinged:
@Hashoooot. Thanks, they are a bit out there but I am going through a ?~monsta?T phase. I blame Tjub, he told me about tentacle makers!
Abecedar:
I do love them. Slugs with houses.
Uther the unhinged:
Well another Golden Hat come and gone.
I would have had a medal this time if it hadn’t been for those pesky kids and their entries.
No matter. The world shall here from me again! Mwwwaaahaahaaahaaaha
Here is my Golden Hat entry

I love whirlwinds! OK it is a little big for a skullcracker base but I just ignore the back half and say it can’t attack there but can be attacked.
Fuggit Khan:
A pretty cool entry, with your atypical unhinged variety of bits and wild creativity. Awesome
What is the skull mask from? :mask
Uther the unhinged:
Thanks Fuggit. The skull mask is from the GW big pack of skulls. Gawd knows what it is from! I love it though and it fitted perfectly over the face allowing me not to sculpt one! How do you guys do it? Faces are so tricky! My attempts looked too mutated even for a chaos follower.
Admiral:
Monstrously great! That goes for both the snails and the whirlwind. Great build and imaginative take on your army!
Uther the unhinged:
Thanks Admiral. I think the only thing that can compete with a whirlwind for coolness is a tenderiser. So pbviously one is under construction! I will try to put up some wips later when I get home.
Uther the unhinged:
Ok so here are some wips of my GH. This was fun to make and my first proper foray into Miliput (I love this stuff so cheap and quick setting).
The whole project started with a present from my 8yo daughter who presented me with a proto Bull Centaur
this poor playmobile cow lacked a couple of legs and had chewed horns but could live again…
then just needed wheels
See Admiral I did watch that tutorial! Then Weaponry
A mixture of Lego, Ork Trukk bits, Marauder flails and tyrannid spikey bits.
Lo was the whirlwind created with a flaming bulls head (gotto love playmobile) and standard.
And on the 6th week he rested. Then his 8yo saw his creation and presented him with another present…
Don’t know what it is about my kids and horns.
Anyway This little fellow needs weaponry too, can’t have a whirlwind without a tenderizer!
So there we are more childrens’ old toys repurposed for the glory of Hashut!
Uther the unhinged:
Yay!
My first Tjublings arrived yesterday.
OK it is only three but from small sparks mighty infernos can grow.
So these will be Hashutlings (count as nurglings) and mark the start of my Daemons of Hashut army.
Thanks Admiral and thanks Tjub!
Abecedar:
I do love your WiP’s. I too am in a real I-want to-make-it-myself sort of mood this year.
Admiral:
Ahaha! Nice family teamwork. That Tenderizer is most promising. :cheers
