He’s big - but he is absolutly brilliant - very well done Ishkur! :hat off
Really love the heavy armour look on bull body
bow_for_hashut:
when I saw this I picked up my jaw and reattached it to my skull. Then I took a shower to wash away the drool that coverd 90% of my body. Summed up in two words: Freakin’ Awesome.
:cheers to you Ishkur, and :cheers to great :hashut
Doogle:
Man.
I wish I had the ability to sculpt that well.
I cannot wait to see them painted.
I would buy a few from you if you casted them, but I am afraid to use them in tourneys.
Ishkur Cinderhat:
The good thing about this is that Chaos Dwarfs are not allowed to the official tournaments anyway so you won’t have to worry about that.
I have pulled a mould of the body and did some casts - unfortunately casting that thing is a bit tricky, from 10 casts only four are useable. The most spectacular miscasts are these:
Using one of the (good) casts, I’ll make a second slightly changed body, so that the regiment won’t look too boring.
zagor66:
I really think you should sell some as they look like the originals so much and because gw took all of the components off…damn them.
GRNDL:
re: Miscasts
Any particular reason you’ve made the mould cut through the body horizontally rather than vertically? I would think the mould line would interfere with the detail and be hard to clean up later. If the mould was vertically oriented (left/right, rather than top/bottom) the half the mould line would be obscured (bottom) and be easier to clean up from the top?
Just wondering.
Xander:
Totally amazing! Keep it up, the final product will be worthy of much envy!
Ishkur ftw!
Dux Ducis:
Damn fine job. Seriously, ship a few of these over to GW and beg them to make new models from these!
Sharp:
Any chance in you selling some casts?
(just kidding.)
Xander:
WHat he should do is sell the molds. Then the buyer can cast them.
Kera foehunter:
Wow great job Ishkur even those bad cast are cool
Ishkur Cinderhat:
Selling the moulds sounds kinda like a cool idea… let everyone do their own casting work!
@GRNDL: There is no way of making the moulds split vertically; I wouldn’t get the feet out of the mould after casting! I’d then need to split the mould into at least three or four parts, and by doing so create even more mould lines all over the model.
BTW the bodies are quite easy to clean up as the line is below the scales, so you just need to scratch some off the smooth surfaces like the belly or the breast plate.
Willmark:
Is there any doubt that Ishkur kicks major *ss???
Sharp:

Hashut’s Blessing:
I really like the addition of the extra plating towards the rear, etc. Excellent. If you’re ever looking to sell casts, I’m ready to buy As I said before, excellent work and most impressive!
Canix:
Excellent work on the bull centaurs there Ishkur ,gotta say your work is inspiring even if it surpasses what we are capable of it makes us all want to have a go:hat off
ashur:
I must have them !!!
What the hell is GW doing? They should hire/enslave you and make you work on the next CD version.
I think its a good idea to keep them without hats or masks. The hair and faces are just to great to hide them.
I guarantee you that if you decide to sell some of them, Il buy them. Keep us informed.
asheira:
for the casting problem, you should make a cut one ot thr bodies in half and make a mold of the left/right side sepretly (that’s what i would do at least)
