Haven’t seen anything about Jezzails or Bells.
It would be nice if they defined the clans more closely, although going by what happened with Chaos and VC, the trend seems to be to move away from clearly defined subgroups.

What I’m wondering is what their army special rule will be. High Elves have Always Strikes First, Dark Elves have Eternal Hatred, Vamps and Deamons have Undead and Daemons (lol!) and Lizzies have Cold Blooded. They might just do the leadership buff depending on the unit’s rank bonus. Also, plastic Clanrats? Don’t they have those???
Swissdictator:
I just hope Skaven can still shoot into combat, at the risk of hitting their own.
I always thought that was hilarious!
I like their special rules for the most part, as is. Very flavorful, good rules too. Not overly nasty either.
wallacer:
The “Life is Cheap” rule that lets them shoot their own troops is certainly fluffy and should stay.
Dunno about the safety in numbers rule that lets them add their rank bonus to their leadership. To a certain extent I would have thought all species would feel safety in numbers, so why Skaven should benefit from it more so than other races i’m not sure.

The "Life is Cheap" rule that lets them shoot their own troops is certainly fluffy and should stay.Pack mentality. Normally there's very little that would bring an individual skaven to fighting anything like a large battle such as those portrayed by warhammer. They're inherently selfish and cowardly, more so than other races. By having a lot of other rats around them, they're assuring themselves that the others will die rather than them. Thus why they have a low leadership base and a high leadership in groups. The more around them, the more they believe that they'll survive to profit over the others.

Skaven plastics as-is where released some time around 1995-1996 IIRC. They where good for the time, but look a touch dated. They also rank-up poorly, and use the combined Gobo/Undead/Skaven command sprue which the other three don’t use any more.
They’ll probably update the existing plastics rather than do a total re-sculpt, and make a new sprue lay-out to fit all the nice modern bits on.
Strength in numbers: Other units do get a similar buff: Rank Bonus. It’s just all the more important to a Skaven army.
Kera foehunter:
i hope they do a great job on the plague monks
they could be very cool if they try

They did release some plastic plague monks sometime around the release of the Lustria book, although that was a while ago now.
slev:
I have those Plague Monks and the older metal ones, mixed together.
Kera foehunter:
well don’t forget the last lizzardmen army came out right before lustria too?
well anyway they probably do them again since there plastic
hopefully in good taste
GRNDL:
Nah, there was like 2 years between Lizardman 6th ed and Lustria!
Kera foehunter:

This is from Warseer. Not sure if it’s a Nurgle creature or something for the new Skaven book but thought i’d post it here anyway (it does look kind of Ratty):
dedwrekka:
Yep, that strikes me as incredibly ratty. Though the feet tell me that it's probably a ways from finished, unless they're going for the "whittled from wood" look.

Looks like my neighbors dog before the bath…
While it looks very ratty, I keep thinking the head has some similarity to a dragon’s head.
Even if the blue guy near his hind leg is on a 25x25… it’s huge. Maybe it’s a ‘large version’ much like the boar figure posted earlier is? If scaled down I could see this replacing the Rat Ogre. It could also be some sort of monster in the same vain as the Hydra, so Clan Moulder is actually a little more worthwhile.
