Well you know already that my off topic is one hell of huge off topic stuff
A friend of mine got into Gundam kits, I never even considered one of those even tho I love and know enough about 80 Jap mechas anime
So he wanted me to help him to age and damage one he bought, so I decided to pick one myself and do this project with him and see wtf will come out of it
So here my samurai recicle bin!!

I finally started building the guy! Yesterday with this friend of mine we worked 3 hours on it ( I recorded all of it lol)
Man, it’s really cool, but takes so much time I had no idea!!

Last week i got 3 bottles of different AK Streaming grime effects
tonight i give it my 1st try on a test piece, tomorrow i will replicate on some toy car to see how it goes
this is what i made so far, it behaves quite differently than what i imagined.
using the white spirit left a shiny coverage in the end, but idk if it was due to the primer below or what.
so yeah, i have to try for sure more tomorrow, but for now this is the result

Looks great, I too found it a bit different to what I was expecting. It’s been good for a few things but I’m still don’t think I’m using it to full effect yet. Good to be learning though.
I found the shiny after effect too, do you Matt varnish? Only way I got rid of it

so guys! my summer plan finally started!
today i made my 1st test piece using a goblin and i fell in love with the scheme immediatly!
the problem is how slow i am at doing all of it, but i will have to see tomorrow doing a black orc (decided to go 1 gobbo 1 BoB everytime to not get bored)
so this is what i had today, lets see what will be later on!
