Hey guys, this is what i came up with for a local painting contest, no conversions allowed.

I decided to paint the sigmarine like the classic world of warcraft Paladin T2 Set, and although i made some mistakes, i’m happy it’s done xD also the 2d sketch i made to figure out how to paint this guy
What do you guys think?

In comparison a grimdark one i made last summer

The painting looks great, really smooth! I like the color scheme and the konservative palett used as well. I usually go for bolder colors, but as a 1 vs 1 I think I prefer the grim dark style. That being said, a unit or an army of the more colorful guys would give a much bigger impact as a whole.
Yellow especially is a hard color IMO and you have done it great in both cases and very different! :hatoff:
As of the WarCraft reference its lost on my Im afraid… :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

So for a local competition that will take place at the end of may, I made this!
The competition theme is THE CHANGE/Things that change, so i came up with the idea of not being able to stop the inevitable changes

This is fantastic work Eddie, love the idea you came up for the theme.

The girl looks like a Hasslefree mini is it?

No idea about the girl! I found it on thingiverse
The priest is from STLMINIATUERES while the rest is from Heresy Lab

After the diorama, I did a quick commission for a friend, he asked me to print and paint his favourite character from the mobile game Raid shadow legend

The model is straight from the game, doesn’t have many surfaces, it’s a texture in-game, so having low polygons and no details I decided to opt for a “mood” more than some finesse paintjob if that makes sense

People actually play this game? Thought it was just a meme  Jokes aside, looks really nice, would never have thought that a low poly count works so well on miniatures.

I made a quick spinning video of the scene, if youd like to take a look

Tailing my last diorama, I kept the mood but shrunk the rest
This is a 7.5 cm/3 inches Nutella lid with 3d printed (rip anycubic mono) scale down DnD houses

The diorama sits in the palm of my hand
