Thank you for the words of praise! Maybe I could also include such chaotic elements with the castle?
And magnets! For stability and modularity!
Oh, looking forward to see that castle going!
I need some help for once. I’ve dug out the old Steam Wagon from Old Glory, decolored it and now want to use it for my Dawi Zharr.
However, at the moment I have no idea how to “chaotize” the model. I would need some input from you!
Don’t seem to need much for the machine itself… a large evil symbol on the bumper (
) and some spikes/chains and you’re there, I think.
For extra measure, add some arrows to the muzzle of the cannon and a large chimney for the engine. ^^
You can always go down the road of the classic CD Juggernaut and add some gargoylesque decorations to the tower/beams.
I always wanted this. I rhought it would scale well with macrocosm dark dwarfs. Hoping it does.
Skulls, face shields, spikes could all help chaosify it
Adding the chaos dwarf symbols to the wheels would help for sure, spikes where appropriate and skulls, and I would either convert the tower into a big hat or make a effigy of hashut in its place still using the tower as a hat but put a bull head under or atleast try to
Id love to see a few photos of the parts for this tank , especially if you haven’t built it yet…for ideas.
There are v few photos of this on the Internet. I might have looked it up on a number of occasions
Thanks for sharing your fantastic plastic card creations, such an inspiration!
Here is a pic with all single parts of the Old Glory Steam-Wagon.
If you need more pictures, just let me know.
Thats great, cheers
Late to the party. Awesome work on the land ship. Would love to see that thing approaching across the table! Looking forward to the fortress as well!
As for the steam cannon, I’ve nearly purchased that model half a dozen times. As others have said, CD symbols on the cow catcher, spikes or CD arrows on the wheels, more steam pipes and gears, and perhaps a maw on the cannon to make it more chaos dwarf appropriate. Cheers!
The Steam Wagon is almost finished, at least for now. There are still 2 models to be painted.
With the fortress I have not progressed, it is currently lacking inspiration and time. The GH-entry had to be finished first, that had priority!
Besides my GH entry, I also finished the Steam Wagon.
I also found an old model from D.O.O.M. (a former member of CDO, he also made the models of my Mortheim gang) and repainted it. Nothing great, but I like it.
… to be continued!
Thats a great steam tank, loads of character, was it hard to fit everything in?
I do like the topless woman on the back. I guess i like them full stop!
Maybe ive been watching too many 80s sword and sorcery films recently
Awesome tank
The assembly and the placement of the individual parts was no problem.
The lady is from Hasslefree Miniatures, I bstimmt already 10 years and now she has finally found her place!
Thanks dude!
