Began dark forging my way through some more core tonight. Bases first - which feels wrong as when I use flock it’s always last. But in this project it makes no difference and I fancied painting some lava!
I’ve developed a speed paint technique for these bases that I should probably share at some point… maybe another one of my speed painting tutorials?
@Reaver has an excellent tutorial for bases for those interested, which I used to follow quite closely except for the use of an airbrush (which definitely feels like a tool an elf would use to paint with…) but my owns changed quite a bit over the years.
