ZODDs Realm of Chaos(-dwarf)

The band of human followers had a mixture of light and heavily armoured warriors. I spent the last week painting the converted guy with the horns and he couldn’t even be seen in the photo haha

The chaos dwarf sorcerer and his most committed followers. Took me a year to finally get a disc from ebay to mount him on

Just been scrolling through this entire thread and I have to say your collection is absolutely amazing! I’m a massive fan of the old 3rd edition style helmeted chaos dwarfs and you’ve really done a fantastic job combining different ranges to capture their vibe.

I’m loving you boar centaurs as well, I’ve been thinking about getting the knightmare miniatures ones but wasn’t sure if I could find anything to match them for a full unit but now I’ll be using this army an inspiration to try and convert some to match their aesthetic.

Can’t wait to see what comes next!

Thankyou very much for your compliments kharrdruk.
Diehard miniatures do a nice centaur £6. Macrocosm do one for £6. Atom taylors ones if he has any left are Faithfull to the 3rd edition size and character. The knightmare duo are a bit bigger so you might have to convert some from boars.
Old school miniatures do a pony centaur-really nice. They also have boar centaurs coming out next year just saw a glimpse of one -amazing!

Start a blog here ? we need more helm enthusiasts about. I never get tired of looking at chaos dwarfs

Cheers for the tips on where to find centaurs, I’m waiting to see the OS miniatures ones as the bulk of my army is made up of their chaos dwarfs and I can’t wait to see what they look like, I’m jealous at the sneak peak  And just started one now, praise be the helm!

Any old gits here?

Who does this guy remind you of?

He is meant to be a halfling (loosely i guess)

Yep vapo, correct!

So ive been going on about new hobbos for a while so i thought id post what i have painted so far:

13 out of the 20 done. I hate batch painting-kills me…

And view what the enemy will see most of the time- the gits running away.

These are definitely hobgoblins to me, not goblins as they are named. What do you think? Tempted to get some or a hard brian?

Excellent work! They look badass. You should submit them to the company. I’m really digging the sculpts.

I thought this troll came out well. Pretty happy with it, especially as it cost £3.20

Who makes those hobbos? I like the sculpts a lot.

From left to right:

Grenadier , wargames atlantic bodies with gw hobgrotz headsx2, ralpartha goblin, a wargames atlantic halfling with a head sculpted by Loidrial.

Just realised you mean the blue and purple ones. They are maxmini or ttcombat

The troll is ralpartha Europe. Their collection is amazing. Nice cheap ogres too. Great orcs goblins chaos dwarfs etc

I think yoou are talking about the red and yellow std bearer, if so, i cant take any credit, the head is fully sculpted like that (old school miniatures)
