Here is one of @Antenor sculpts that he kindly sent me. I thought it deserved its own post. Its a very original take on chaos dwarves (in napoleonic times i guess).

I love your work. You have definitely caught the 80s feel.
I’m not sure if you’re aware or not, but…this is an original Juggernaut boar centaur. So, much much rarer than the warmachine pair.
A question. So you have 4 daemon cannons now (including the original). Which do you feel is best? Which is your favourite?

So i think im edging towards atom taylors sculpt as no1, no2 would be osm by john pickford, no3 the original gw, no4 the thingiverse one.
Why atom taylors? Maybe it has the most comical face…im not sure…the top 3 are so close.
There are asscannons missing though, the zonk one i need to get my hands on and there is one other one ive seen that i got confused with the gw original, i wondered if sjoerdo sculpted it?
I feel like i should try to get them all, it is a worthy quest!
Dont worry harvestmouse i wouldnt deface any original undamaged 80s centaurs or chaos dwarfs.

Old school miniatures. It is lovely sculpt and comes with 2 heads and 4 crew.
I didn’t know Sjordo had that blog. I haven’t spoken to him in a few years. The GW pictured one is mine. He wanted to take it apart and use it as a reference for making his. However, as it was (at the time) the most famous daemon cannon…I didn’t want to lose that paint job…even if Sjordo would have done a better job painting it again. I still feel a bit guilty for saying no.
IIRC, Sjord’s is a bit bigger than the official one.
Edit:
I just had a look at mine, and actually it’s a lot better paint job than the ‘cool mini or not’ pic suggests.
Also…I thought I had a working knowledge of Sjordo’s Daemon cannon. I actually own one of those too! It’s actually not ‘that’ much bigger…just a lot more dynamic.

I agree its a great paintjob, i wouldnt want it pulled apart either.
Let me know if you havent assembled or painted sjoerdos version. With his permission maybe we could make a few more…
Say, don’t you own the old Grenadier Chaos Dwarfs? 
They were also painted, I have unfortunately not found in your topic … or am I wrong and they were not from you?
